Anger

Anger is a normal part of life, but how we express it or respond to it can leave us isolated, alienated, misunderstood and when taken to excess can lead us to behaviour we later regret.

With psychotherapy, a person who struggles with anger can work to learn what lies at the root of their frustration and rage. In identifying what triggers their rage, they can learn to cope with these situations, regain control and can empower themselves to face uncertain and stressful circumstances with control and emotional balance.
